Tilt-To-Load Drum Tumblers
- Morse Tilt-To-Load Drum Rotators thoroughly mix the contents of your closed drum with vigorous "corner-over-corner" tumbling. Load drum at floor level. Secure drum in holder, then use one handle to lift drum and a second handle to control drum rotation. Drum otation is variable from 5 to 20 RPM. Models available with explosion-proof motor or air motor for hazardous areas. 50Hz models have 20% reduction in drum RPM. Capacity: 800 Lb. for a full drum, 400 Lb. for a half-full drum. Half-full capacity is for a bottom-heavy, unbalanced or shifting load, harder to tilt than a full drum.
